Caraway Seeds


Caraway has a warming flavour and can be found in many central European dishes.  It is a key component of the Algerian and Tunisian blend tabil, and may be used in harrissa.


Works well with red meats, water fowl and oily fish.  Also lovely in bread and on biscuits.


In a recipe may also be called wild cumin, persian cumin or meridian fennel.
