Last date for beginner Crochet Classes before the autumn

There will be one more intake of Crochet classes for beginners before we break for the longer daylight hours of the British Summertime. Classes will start on Thursday 25th March and the first session will last for 4 weeks.

The first session will be 4 x 1hour lessons via Zoom. It concentrates on the double crochet stitch and during these classes you will be able to make crocheted 'paper' chains, balls and a moss stitch square as well as other tips and crochet know-how. Classes are on a pay as you wish basis.

To start you will need some double knitting wool (a solid colour is better than a mixed colour wool) and a 3.5mm or 4mm crochet hook.

We can post materials to you or you can buy a starter pack from the page below.

Another important part of these classes are to get to know your fellow classmates and enjoy their company - very important in these days of social isolation.
